Got a business problem you can't quite figure out?
Running a small business often presents problems that are outside your skillset. Sometimes it feels impossible to make a decision, organize the mess, fix a recurring headache, understand what's going wrong, or create a better way to do something.
That's where I come in. I sit down with you, learn about your business, untangle the problem, and figure out what would actually help.
We'll tackle the problem together. Whether you need website updates, a good spreadsheet, a better system, a clear process map, or something else, I'll help you either fix the problem or find an outside solution.
What if your problem isn't well defined? Fine by me!
Bring me the messy stuff. I'll help you figure it out.

Here are some journeys I've helped people navigate. Yours could be next! See if I'm a good fit for you →
I've helped teams make complicated processes and systems easier to understand. I map decision points, automations, manual tasks, and handoffs. I show how different parts relate to each other and make timelines easy to visualize. Seeing the whole picture in one place can turn a confusing conversation into a focused discussion about what needs to change.
With many services and ideas to offer, a new business owner needed help seeing how everything fit together. We clarified her message, organized the client journey, developed a clear pricing structure, and built a website she could easily maintain. The result was a business that felt as approachable as the care she provides.
A swim instructor wanted to give parents clear information about her particular approach to swimming lessons, but this information was scattered across conversations and long documents. I helped her organize the information into a few simple, welcoming website pages that helped families quickly understand what to expect.
I've created countless data visualizations, from slide decks and written reports to automated dashboards. I love finding the story in the data and making it easy for other people to see, too. By understanding people's questions and how the data can answer them, I help organizations see what's happening, spot patterns, and make better decisions.
When I started volunteering as music director for the Lehi Silver Band, the band was small, underfunded, and had almost no online presence—despite its 130+ year history. Since then, we've doubled our membership, quadrupled our funding, and built a rehearsal experience and traditions that have transformed the band into a thriving community where people feel they belong.
The BYU Faculty Center had years of research and great ideas about faith and learning, but no central resource to share them with faculty. I helped bridge that gap by interviewing faculty, organizing the content around their needs, and designing a website that made those resources easy to discover.
Every journey is different—from untangling complex processes to organizing ideas and building experiences that help people move forward.
If your path feels uncertain, I'd love to help you map what comes next.
